I'd like to acknowledge Irvin and the catamaran's waiters for their excellent customer service and positive attitude. They were very attentive to beginners, and I think we all had a great time.

Luis was an excellent guide, and Osvaldo was also very attentive and focused on his work. As a suggestion, the schedule in Cozumel after lunch is free, but since we didn't know the area, they explained a few things to us, but we didn't take advantage of it. Regarding the beaches, when we asked, they explained that you have to go by car because they are far away, and the ones they mentioned aren't suitable for swimming. This is a suggestion for improvement.
