Everything was lovely and the itinerary was followed. However, when we arrived at Chichen Itza it rained and they gave umbrellas to almost everyone, except for us, since we were Argentinians. It wasn't because of what we paid for, because other people with white stickers received them and we didn't. That was the only annoying thing. Everything else was fine.

It was excellent! Everything was clean and the explanation was very clear and precise. I recommend adding two bottles of water for each passenger, as hydration is very important for everyone, and people would be grateful and satisfied.

I really liked the things the guide explained. The only bad things I can say are that it felt a little rushed at the cenotes and the buffet, and the bus was quite uncomfortable and did not have any usb port for charging. Other than this the tour was perfect, the attractions were amazing and interesting and it was very worth it for the money. Congratulations!

The excursion was beautiful, the wonders to see were incredible. I'm not giving it a 10 because at the cenotes they were constantly trying to sell us something... from calendars and engraved names to tequila, etc. To give you an idea of what I mean, I spent over an hour and a half inside the shopping area. If it weren't for that, it would be a 10.

During our visit to the cenote, I was charged for a life jacket at each cenote. I was with my wife, and we were charged for four life jackets in total, even though we could enter the second cenote without having to pay again. It was a bad experience, which is why I'm giving it a 9.
